Our jewelry is carefully manufactured with intention and attention to detail. Each piece is thoughtfully selected and quality-checked to ensure it meets the AURAÉ LUXE standard before being shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, all sales are final. To preserve the integrity, hygiene, and exclusivity of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. We kindly ask that you review all product details before purchasing.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–12 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend up to 14–21 business days.
Once shipped, USPS Standard Shipping typically delivers within 3–4 business days.

Currently, AURAÉ LUXE ships within the United States only. We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

My tracking hasn’t updated — should I be concerned?

Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. Once your package is physically scanned by the carrier, updates will appear. Please note that postal delays can occur and are outside of our control once the package is in transit.
