All orders are placed securely through our website. Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.
Please ensure all information is reviewed carefully before checkout, as order changes may be limited once processing begins.
Shipping Information
At this time, AURAÉ LUXE ships exclusively within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–12 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
As AURAÉ LUXE is a one-woman–operated brand, processing times may vary during periods of high demand. Your patience and support are truly appreciated.
Shipping Time
• USPS Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–4 business days after processing
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided. Please note that tracking may not update immediately and will reflect movement once the carrier has physically scanned the package. Delivery delays may occur and are outside of our control once the package is in transit.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including apartment numbers and zip codes.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional reshipping fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be issued for address-related delivery issues.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
To preserve the quality, hygiene, and exclusivity of our jewelry, AURAÉ LUXE does not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is carefully manufactured and quality-checked to ensure it arrives brand new and unworn. Items cannot be resold once they have been shipped.
Exceptions may be considered only in the event of a sizing issue or a manufacturing defect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at auraeluxe@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. To assist you efficiently, please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Requests submitted after this time frame may not be eligible for resolution.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please email auraeluxe@gmail.com within a 24 hours window. Once 24 hours have passed or items are shipped, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
